College Sports Communicators was founded in 1957 and is a 4,400+ member national association for strategic, creative and digital communicators across intercollegiate athletics in the United States and Canada.

A one-stop shop for college baseball. In addition to the scores and schedules that have long served as the backbone of the site, D1Baseball now provides news, analysis and commentary from the sport’s most prominent writers


SPORTSWRITERS.NET

FWAA (Football Writers Association)

Founded in 1941, the Football Writers Association of America consists of the men and women across North America who cover college football for a living.


National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA)

Founded in 1962, the NCBWA is dedicated to the advancement of college baseball.


U.S. Basketball Writers Association (USBWA)

The U.S. Basketball Writers Association, founded in 1956 at the urging of then-NCAA Executive Director Walter Byers. The primary goal of the USBWA has remained constant since its inception: to serve the interests of journalists who cover college basketball.

Boxing Writers Association (BWA)

The Boxing Writers Association of America’s purpose is to foster the highest professional and ethical standards in boxing journalism, print, electronic and video, and to promote better working conditions for those who cover the sport.


Sports Writers

SportsWriters is a member-based sports community. Access to most of our content is for members only, however it is free to sign up. If interested, members can create and submit content for publication.


MEDIA

National Sports Media Association

The National Sports Media Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which seeks to develop educational opportunities for those who are interested in pursuing a career in sports media, through networking, interning, mentoring, and scholarship programs.

The NSMA also honors, preserves and celebrates the diverse legacy of sports media in the United States.

International Sports Press Association (AIPS)

The International Sports Press Association (AIPS) is committed to enhance the cooperation between its member associations in defending sport and the professional independence of journalism.
AIPS works to defend the common interests between sports journalists of all nations, with the purpose of assuring the best working conditions for sports media professionals.
